Commsoft, developers of one of the world’s leading aviation engineering and maintenance systems, is pleased to announce that its Indian partner, KLR Technologies, has significantly increased the size of its support team. As a result, Commsoft is now able to offer enhanced support with extended hours to its OASES users in Australasia, Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe, integrated with its UK-based HQ support management team.
OASES is an advanced MRO IT system designed to combine ease of use with a technical sophistication that allows for the full integration of all maintenance and engineering functions. The KLR team, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, already handles some 60% of incoming OASES support requests and will, in future, also be assisting with OASES implementations, including new customer set up, data migration and validation.

This is critical for us as the number of OASES users in emerging markets continues to grow. To further support the growing international demand for OASES, Commsoft has also recruited a Europe-based, expert implementation director, offering extensive direct airline experience in CAMO and airline processes.
Commsoft is reinforcing its global network of implementation partners which currently includes Vector Aviation Services in the UK, NWS in the Isle of Man, Airways Technics JSC in Russia, Arpiem in Romania, Airstream in the UAE and Singapore-based FD Aviation Pte Ltd.
